Dr. Sherwin is originally from Milwaukee, WI. After vacationing in Bellingham, he fell in love with the Mountains and the Ocean and all that our city and county have to offer. In 2004, after practicing in the Green Bay/DePere WI. areas, he moved his practice to Bellingham. After High School, Dr. Sherwin attended University of Wisconsin/Madison and graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology. He then went to the California College of Podiatric Medicine where he graduated in 1987 with his Doctorate Degree (DPM) followed by one year of resident training at S.W. Detroit Hospital and then another year of Advanced Post-Graduate training in Foot Surgery at Family Health Plan in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Sherwin is Board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the Board of Podiatric Orthopedics.

Carolyn brings six years of experience as a certified medical assistant and has a comforting professionalism that our patients love. Carolyn belongs to several medical affiliations in order to stay current with the best medical assisting knowledge and practices available. Also, Carolyn works very closely with Dr. Sherwin and our patients in the coordination of out-patient surgeries and in-office procedures so every aspect of the process goes smoothly. Affiliations:

Meet Marcy: She brings 13 years experience in Medical Billing and many years of customer service to our practice. She is very friendly and outgoing and loves the interaction with patients.
Meet Linda: She is one of our assistants in the office and is a lifelong Whatcom County resident. She is experienced and certified in Diabetic shoes and compression stockings.. She brings 20 years experience in various areas of Health Care services.
